Privacy Policy Piramidanna
About Our Privacy Policy
Piramidanna values your privacy greatly. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and handle carefully the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services accessible via it provided by Piramidanna. The effective date of these terms is 18/08/2025; by publishing a new version, the validity of all previous versions expires.
This privacy policy describes what data about you we collect, what this data is used for, and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared with third parties. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse, and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us.
If you have any questions about our privacy policy, you can contact our privacy officer. You will find the contact details at the end of this privacy policy.
Data Processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where we (have it) stored, what security techniques we use, and who has access to the data.
Webshop Software
Our webshop is developed using software from Webnote AG. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. Webnote AG has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose.
Based on the agreement we have with them, Webnote AG is required to take appropriate security measures. These include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy.
Webnote AG uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Webnote AG reserves the right to share collected data within its own corporate group to further improve its services.
Web Hosting – Transip
We use web hosting and email services from Transip. Transip processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of services—these are not personal data.
Transip has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Under the terms of our agreement, Transip is obliged to confidentiality.
We use Transip's services for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken suitable technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. Transip has no access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors – PayPal
For processing (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the PayPal platform. PayPal processes your name, address, place of residence, and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number.
PayPal has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. PayPal reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the event of an application for deferred payment (credit facility), PayPal shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies.
All safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data mentioned above also apply to the parts of PayPal's services for which they engage third parties. PayPal does not store your data longer than legally permitted.

Shipping and Logistics – PostNL
When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL for deliveries. For this purpose, we share your name, address, and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL only uses this data for the execution of the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL also provides your data to these parties.
Invoicing and Accounting – Digiboox
For maintaining our administration and bookkeeping, we use the services of Digiboox. We share your name, address, and order details with Digiboox. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely.
Digiboox is bound to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Digiboox will not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
General Purpose of Processing
We use your data exclusively for the provision of our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data—other than at your request—to contact you at a later time, we will explicitly ask for your permission.
Your data is not shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality under the agreement with us, an oath, or a legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data
Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the purpose of further improving our services. This data (such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation in Tax and Criminal Investigations
In some cases, Piramidanna may be required by law to share your data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by government authorities. In such cases, we are compelled to share your data, but we will oppose this within the limits of the law.
Retention Periods
We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us, we will treat this as a request to be forgotten. This also means we do not keep your data longer than two years after the last contact or transaction, unless a legal justification applies.
Due to applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices containing your (personal) data for as long as the legal retention period runs. However, staff members no longer have access to your client profile and documents created in the course of your assignment.
Your Rights
Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. Below, we explain what rights these are and how you can exercise them.
To prevent misuse, we only send copies of your data to the email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the data at another email address or by post, we will ask you to identify yourself.
We keep a record of processed requests. In the case of a request to be forgotten, we store anonymized data. All copies and transcripts of data will be provided to you in the machine-readable format used within our systems.
You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you suspect that we are using your personal data incorrectly.

Right to Data Portability
You always have the right to have the data we (have) processed that relates to you or can be traced back to you, transferred to another party. You can make a request to our privacy officer. You will receive a response within 30 days. If granted, we will provide you with copies of all data we have processed about you, or processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf. In such a case, it is very likely we will no longer be able to continue providing services, as the secure linkage of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to Object and Other Rights
You have the right, in certain cases, to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Piramidanna. If you object, we will immediately stop data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is valid, we will provide you with copies of the data we process and permanently stop processing afterwards.
