The Root Chakra, called Muladhara in Sanskrit, is the first chakra located at the base of the spine. It forms the foundation of our energy system and symbolizes safety, stability, and connection to the Earth.

The Sacral Chakra, Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is located just below the navel. It is the center of emotions, creativity, and sensuality.

The Solar Plexus Chakra, Manipura, is located in the upper abdomen, just above the navel. It symbolizes personal power, will, and self-confidence.
